Guidelines Member of Colorado Council of Mediators and Mediation Organizations (CCMO).  Trained, experienced mediator in divorce, workplace, employment, EEO business, civil, victim/offender, and community disputes. Contract mediator for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Better Business Bureau, the Colorado Office of Dispute Resolution and the United States Postal Service.

Experienced mediator, facilitator, and arbitrator with a focus on construction, real estate, HOA and business issues. He was with a major commercial construction firm for more than 22 years where he served as executive vice-president responsible for operations and contract negotiations. He is a member of the Board of Directors for Community Alternatives, the Advisory Board for Jefferson County Mediation Services, lobbyist for CCMO, commercial panelist and mediator for the American Arbitration Association, and member of the CBA-CCMO Recommendations Committee for Professional Mediators.
